Get a barber's booking hours
Get the hours a barber publishes to customers, together with the current time-off period when time off covers today.
The hours describe the barber’s regular week, so a weekday with no
working blocks is a day the barber does not work. They are not a
promise that every published minute is bookable; use
listAppointmentOpenings for bookable start times.
Today is resolved in the barber’s public booking location timezone. If that timezone cannot be determined, the read cannot resolve current time off.
