Cause

The barber does not have a profile photo assigned. The response may include a defaultPhoto attribute carrying a platform-provided photo that callers can render in place of the missing profile photo.

Fix

Assign an approved photo to the barber profile via the assign barber profile photo endpoint, or render the defaultPhoto attribute when one is included on the response, then call the same operation again.

Not retryable until the underlying state or request changes.
